How do I create an account?

Step 1. Click the Login button or the content you wish to watch.
Step 2.Select the Sign up option at the top of the form.
Step 3. Fill in the register form and click the Register button.
You will receive an email confirmation for a successfully created account. To find out how to make a purchase, proceed to the next section.

How do I make a purchase?

Step 1. Click the content you wish to watch.
Step 2. Enter your login credentials (email and password).
Step 3. Select the desired price option and click Next.
Step 4. Enter the required information.
Step 5. Click the Pay button.
You will immediately receive access and an email confirming your purchase. In case the page does not load, please click the refresh button.

How do I use my discount voucher?

  1. Click on the content you want to watch.
  2. Log into your account or Sign up for a new account.
  3. If there are multiple price options, select the one you want to purchase.
  4. On the final screen where you enter your payment details, click add voucher.
  5. Enter your discount code.
  6. If the code is valid, you will see the price change at once.
  7. Finish by clicking PAY or SUBSCRIBE.

Note: When using a 100% discount voucher to purchase a one-time-pass, you don't have to enter any payment details.

How do I login and watch?

Step 1. Click the Login button or the content you wish to watch.
Step 2. On the form that appears, enter your login credentials (email and password).
Step 3. Click on Login.
The page will then refresh and if you have already purchased, the paywall will disappear. If you haven't purchased, please follow the guidelines above on How do I make a purchase.

Do I get a receipt?

Upon payment, your receipt/invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you used to make your account and payment.
If you don't see the receipt in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.

How do I reset my password?

Step 1. Navigate to the login form by clicking on the Login button or on the content you wish to watch.
Step 2. Click the Forgot Password link below the password field on the login form.
Step 3. Enter your email address and click the Reset button.
Step 4. A new window will pop up. Make sure to leave it open.
Step 5. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.
Step 6. Copy the Token and paste it in the first field of the window that popped up previously.
Step 7. Enter your new password in the second and third field.
Step 8. Click Set

Can i watch the ppv on my tv?

Smart Tvs

Watching on your Smart TV will largely depend on the model of your TV.
Certain models will allow streaming without any issues, but others might not, which is why we normally recommend using a computer, laptop, tablet or another device to enjoy your content.
To stream on a Smart TV, you would use your TV’s browser to visit the webpage, log in, and watch the stream just like on your computer or tablet.
As an alternative to your TV’s default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV’s default browser does not. Of course, you would need to have a TV that supports the installation of new apps to install Puffin TV.


Chromecast
For Chromecast, this will depend on the content publisher’s player.
If you see the usual Chromecast icon in the video player, then Chromecast is supported. If the icon is not there, Chromecast is likely not supported with that video.
Note that the same goes for AirPlay as well.

What do I need to watch?

You can watch the stream on all devices and browsers (with the exception of Internet Explorer). For the best viewing experience, we recommend using the Chrome browser, and a connection of 5 Mbps or better.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for data connection charges to view the stream on any platform or service. Also, always make sure your devices and browsers are up to date. If you have any issues try these steps.

Where do I watch?

If you've already purchased your pass, just go to the same webpage where you made the purchase.
If you are not already logged in, click on the content you've purchased and log in using the email and password you've set up during registration.

Will there be a replay of this event?

Yes, you can catch the replay beginning the next day following an event for 1 week for $15. The Nemesis Fighting Alliance team will be providing each individual fight uploaded to the NFA youtube channel within 2 weeks after the fights.

Do I need to download anything to watch the live stream?

No, you do not need to download anything in order to watch the stream. Once you purchase the PPV you have instant access to the Internet video stream as soon as the time of your purchased event(s) commences. The video plays automatically in your browser. It works on PC, Mac®, tablet, smartphone & some smart TVs. But you have to ensure you have a proper broadband connection for video.

Can I watch from different computers and phones at the same time?

No, the PPV can only be seen on one device at a timer per account.

Is my credit card secure?

Yes! All sensitive data we handle is sent via SSL.
This is not indicated as a site-wide use of HTTPS as it is not; it's purely the calls that need to be made via HTTPS such as private user details or payment information.
The security of the site is visible using any website inspection tool.

Is the live stream available on mobile devices?

Yes it is! You can connect from your computer, phone or tablet anytime you want to.

Can I book in advance? How do I access the show on the day of the event?

We actually recommend you purchase the PPV in advance. This way, you avoid the queue (even on the internet, it can happen!). On the day of the event, simply come back to this page and log in using the email and password you've set up during registration. Then connect a few minutes before the show.

My payment was rejected. What can I do?

Credit or debit card can be declined in the following cases:

  1. Lack of funding.
  2. The fraud control system flagged the user as suspicious. Please contact your bank.

Alternatively, please try to use a different payment method.

I'm having problems accessing the content I previously bought. What can I do?

Try these simple yet effective fixes:


  • Refresh your browser page.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Here is how to do it.
  • Access the website via private/incognito mode. Here is how to do it.
  • Restart your computer or device.
  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.).
  • Try using a different device.
  • Make sure you are not using a VPN.
  • Try using a different network like another WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.


If it still doesn't work, possibly your initial order didn't go through. Please place another order. File a refund inquiry below mentioning your receipt number(s). We'll usually proceed with refunds within 72h after receiving your request.

The video and stream quality is bad. What can I do?

Try the following:

  • Refresh your browser page.
  • Disconnect all other devices connected to your network and disable all background applications currently running in order to increase your connection speed.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Here is how to do it.
  • Access the website via private/incognito mode. Here is how to do it.
  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Edge etc.).
  • Try using a different device.
  • Make sure you are not using a VPN.
  • Restart your router.
  • Restart your device.
  • Try using a different network like another WiFi connection, 4G or a Hotspot.

If no mention of any issue, it must be related to your internet connection. If viewing on your phone or mobile device, try turning off your wifi and streaming from your phone's data connection to see if this corrects the issue. Please check it, and be patient
